Now, the seventh level is very interesting because in a way what it does is it reverses the standpoint of the first level (1M). At the first level we stress the non-identity between things and categories. The concept that comes very much to the fore is difference. The seventh level we assert the primacy of identity, after all over difference. One paradigm of this might be two people in conversation, totally absorbed in what the other is saying.
